Ingredients :

  • 200g of smoked salmon
  • 150g of sour cream
  • 100g of peeled prawns
  • 1 citron (jus et zeste)
  • 1 avocat
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 glasses

Instructions :

  1. In a salad bowl, mix sour cream with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir well to get a homogeneous consistency.
  2. Cut the avocado into dice and sprinkle it with a little lemon juice to prevent it from turning black.
  3. In each glass, drop a first layer of fresh cream mix.
  4. Then add avocado cubes to bring a touch of coolness.
  5. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and arrange them gently in the glasswares.
  6. Add the shrimp on top of the salmon, then sprinkle with chopped chives and zest of lemon to enhance the flavors.
  7. Finish with a spoonful of fresh cream to finish the dressage.
