3. Refrigerate the base for a few minutes to allow it to set.

1. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese (or mascarpone) and sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the melted dark chocolate to the cream mixture, stirring until well incorporated.

Step 3: Assemble the Cake

1. Pour the chocolate cream mixture over the biscuit base, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

2. Refrigerate the cake for at least 3 hours or until fully set.

Step 4: Decorate and Serve

1. Sprinkle grated dark chocolate over the top of the cake for an elegant finish.

2. Slice and serve chilled.
