Ingredients
1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 large biscuits)
8 mozzarella cheese sticks (or cut a block of mozzarella into 1-inch cubes)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Marinara or pizza sauce, for dipping
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. - Prepare the Biscuits:
Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a 4–5 inch circle.
Place a mozzarella cheese stick or cube in the center of each biscuit. - Assemble the Bombs:
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough up and around the cheese, pinching the seams tightly to seal.
Roll the dough gently in your hands to form a smooth ball. - Place on the Baking Sheet:
Arrange the biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them for spreading. - Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the tops of each biscuit bomb generously with the garlic butter mixture. - Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and cooked through. - Add Finishing Touches:
Brush the baked biscuit bombs with any remaining garlic butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley (if using). - Serve:
Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
