This hearty and flavorful dish is a family favorite! With tender green beans, roasted baby potatoes, and crispy bacon, all seasoned with ranch, it’s the perfect side for any meal.

Ingredients:

• 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed 🥒

• 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes (red or Yukon gold), halved or quartered 🥔

• 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 🥓

• 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

• 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning)

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

2. Roast the Potatoes: Toss the baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, half the ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

3. Prepare the Green Beans: While the potatoes roast, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3–4 minutes. Transfer them to an ice bath to stop cooking, then drain.

4. Combine and Season: After 20 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven. Add the green beans to the baking sheet. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, sprinkle the rest of the ranch seasoning, and toss to combine.

5. Add Bacon: Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top.

6. Finish Roasting: Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for another 10–15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and tender.

7. Serve and Enjoy: Serve warm and watch it disappear from the table!
