Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken ham (or turkey ham), diced
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Layer the shredded chicken evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
Add the diced chicken ham on top of the chicken layer.
Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken and ham.
Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese evenly on top.
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
