Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Lasagna with Ranch Drizzle

Ingredients

For the Lasagna:

• 12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions

• 3 cups shredded cooked chicken

• 1 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)

• 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 cup ricotta cheese

• 2 cups Alfredo sauce

• 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

For the Ranch Drizzle:

• 1/2 cup ranch dressing

• 2 tablespoons milk (to thin, optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Mixture

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce. Mix until well coated.

Step 2: Layer the Lasagna

1. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.

2. Lay down 4 lasagna noodles.

3. Spread 1/3 of the chicken and Buffalo sauce mixture over the noodles.

4. Add dollops of ricotta cheese over the chicken, sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella and a bit of cheddar cheese.

5. Repeat layers (noodles, chicken, cheeses, and Alfredo sauce) two more times, finishing with a top layer of cheese.

Step 3: Bake the Lasagna

1. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.

Step 4: Prepare the Ranch Drizzle

1. Whisk together ranch dressing and milk in a small bowl (if using) until smooth and pourable.

Step 5: Serve and Garnish

1. Let the lasagna cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

2. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the top.

3. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles (optional) and chopped parsley.
