Ingredients:
400g pasta (fusilli or your choice) 🍝
200g ground beef 🥩
6 slices of crispy bacon 🥓
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) 🧀
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute.
4️⃣ Stir in heavy cream and half of the shredded cheese. Let it melt into a creamy sauce.
5️⃣ Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and transfer to a baking dish.
6️⃣ Top with crispy bacon and the remaining cheese.
7️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
