Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup macaroni pasta, cooked
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 large tortillas
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk and continue stirring until the mixture thickens. Add shredded cheese and mix until melted and smooth. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spoon some mac and cheese in the center, add ground beef, and sprinkle with bacon crumbles if desired.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Grill the burritos in a hot skillet or grill pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
