Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese Burrito

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup macaroni pasta, cooked
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 large tortillas
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk and continue stirring until the mixture thickens. Add shredded cheese and mix until melted and smooth. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat, spoon some mac and cheese in the center, add ground beef, and sprinkle with bacon crumbles if desired.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
  5. Grill the burritos in a hot skillet or grill pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
