Big Mac French Toast

A fun and indulgent twist on two favorites – Big Mac flavors meet French toast for a dish that’s as satisfying as it is creative!

Ingredients

• 2/3 lb ground beef

• 4 slices thick-cut bread

• 2 slices American cheese

• 1/2 onion, thinly sliced

• 2 large eggs

• 1/4 cup milk

• 1 tbsp butter, for cooking

• Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Special Sauce:

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise

• 1 tbsp ketchup

• 1 tsp mustard

• 1 tsp pickle relish

• 1/2 tsp white vinegar

• Pinch of garlic powder

• Pinch of paprika

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Special Sauce

1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Beef

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until browned.

2. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.

Step 3: Prepare the French Toast Mixture

1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until combined.

Step 4: Assemble and Cook

1. Take two slices of bread and layer cooked beef, a slice of American cheese, and a few slices of onion. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.

2. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are well-coated.

3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Step 5: Add the Sauce and Serve

1. Spread the special sauce over the top of each sandwich or serve it on the side for dipping.

2. Slice and enjoy!
