Spicy Maple Sriracha Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS:
Maple Sriracha Cauliflower Delight

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1–2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Lemon wedges (optional) INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well mixed.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them gently until they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
  4. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden brown and tender.
  5. Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with a squeeze of lemon for an added fresh touch.
