Salmon and Shrimp Porridge Sa

Ingredients :
- 200g of smoked salmon
- 150g of sour cream
- 100g of peeled prawns
- 1 citron (jus et zeste)
- 1 avocat
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 glasses
Instructions :
- In a salad bowl, mix sour cream with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir well to get a homogeneous consistency.
- Cut the avocado into dice and sprinkle it with a little lemon juice to prevent it from turning black.
- In each glass, drop a first layer of fresh cream mix.
- Then add avocado cubes to bring a touch of coolness.
- Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and arrange them gently in the glasswares.
- Add the shrimp on top of the salmon, then sprinkle with chopped chives and zest of lemon to enhance the flavors.
- Finish with a spoonful of fresh cream to finish the dressage.
- Refrigerate glasswares at least 30 minutes before serving. It’s the perfect time to let the flavors marry.
